Actually, I've written lots of songs--But I choose to share this one with ya'llz. Nissa inspired me to share it, lolz :P

Can It Be?

Oh Father God, can it be?
Is he really the one for me?
I know that I promised you a single life
And I intend to keep that because I made a covenant

We've got so much in common
We are so alike
But he still has a lot to learn in his faith life

If he is the one I know what you'll say
"Don't worry children, you'll be married one day."
I wish I could find out right now tonight
But You and I both know it wouldn't be right

It's too soon to know, I'm only 18!
I still have to experience the world and believe!
Believe that You'll keep Your word and send the right one
Believe that he'll be awesome and fun
Believe that he is the one called to be
My husband and friend undoubtedly

I can't really fight what I feel
It's too hard to push it away without being real
I want to say everything that is on my mind
But, I know that that it will take time

If this relationship is truly meant to be
Then God will bring us together at the appointed time being
I'll be ready if it is true
And I hope that you will be too
I've waited so long and so have you
I'm praying and hoping that this will be true...


I wrote another one dedicated to my future husband too ;) All these songs are gonna get music written for it and they are gonna be recorded with my band :D

Well, as for the guy I like--He's so much like me it's scary...o.0

We are of the same faith, We like the same video games, the same music, the same clothing (Not as in, we both wear girl clothes or guy clothes, lolz--I like his style cuz it's cool :D), we both are involved in music, we both write, we both have the urge to be independant, we both like to talk, we both think the same things, we'll go to the same place on the same day and trip out when we find out about it, lolz :D

Omg those words are refering to pagan Gods.....Ummm...I choose to use my gift to Praise God or write concerning God in my life. :)

Here's one I wrote for my future husband like I said :D I still don't have a title for it. I'm thinking of calling it, "Wait, It's not too Late","Enduring Time" or "Hold On & Wait". Anywayz, here it is!!

That's beautiful too! But sad :( I choose to stay away from negative thoughts and negative things, because all it brings out of me is negative stuff. I don't need to be around things like that with the kind of life that I live.

Well, today my homie Darlene and I wrote the melody to a song that I wrote called "Live Right!" The LORD soooo gave me those words! Here it is:

I think not--Stop tripp'n and live right

A Christian walks with God and goes to church
They honor God with their tithe and bless others
A Christian doesn't gossip and puts on the love of Christ

I wrote this song in like 5-10 minutes. Anywayz, Darlene and I came up with a melody today! It's so awesome cuz it completely matches what I wrote. We haven't had to change anything around.

Oh! And we also started writing a melody for "Can It Be?"--Omg it's so beautiful!! Darlene really knows how to sing stuff beautifully :)
