There you have a different form to elect people. So rather then calling me a spoiler for voting my party Affiliation(Green) and getting your teeth knocked in(I may only weigh 165 Lbs, but I am a marine, and have learned how to throw a Punch or two, as well as duck or block your counter-punch. At least so far anyone who called me a spoiler to my face hasn't been able to beat me. Maybe you'll be the exception. Try it.) Support this, who would have allowed the canadite everyone liked the most to be elected. Heck, Some of the Democrats I liked might have been running in this election with this, and I'd be hella tempted to vote for them insead of David Cobb( http://www.votecobb.com/ {I actually kind of like this guy, even if not as much as some of the other people. And I am perfectly content to ensure kerry won't get my vote. I'm tempted to give it to bush so kerry can't get it. That guy is evil, If you doubt me, prove me wrong with something that he has actually said. Better the evil we know, corperate greed and Idealism, rather then the Unknown, probably hitler style evil.})

So anyway, Tell me your Opinion. Support or hate the idea of Election Reform.

Sounds like a good system, but I can feel this flaw that I'm missing. I know there's a glaring flaw I'm overlooking, but from what I've read it sounds good.

Giving your vote to Bush because you don't like Kerry? It's like when the U.S gave support to Iraq because Iran was viewed as the 'Greater of the Two Evils'.

Voting for the lesser of evils is much better than not voting at all. If you vote for a third party candidate, you're lending your support to one of the two major party candidates in some fashion, whether you intended to or not.

I like this idea, and if it could be incorporated at a state level, I would most likely support it. States must maintain electoral power for me to support any change in the voting system.

LMAO! LMFAO!!

You gotta be joking....

Kerry is seen as the underdog, the big bush killer. THAT"s your Iraq. Bush is evil as hell! You think. Just wait. Little John Hussain.... Or maybe it's Sadam Kerry... Either way You'll see. Let me just ask you this. Why do you hate Bush? I'll bet you got a list of his policys a mile wide. Now let me ask you the other coin. Why do you like kerry? I'd be quite suprised if there was more then 1 item on it, and I'll bet that Item begins with H and ends with e's not Bush!

If you vote for a third party candidate, you're lending your support to one of the two major party candidates in some fashion, whether you intended to or not.You are right! In that case, I won't ever vote Demcrat again. It's green or Republican for me for the rest of my life! actually come to think of it, Republican was once a small third party too, So on second thought I will only vote green or Independant. Green because it's my major party, or independant because there has always been partyless people.

/me says go ahead and refuse to vote a 3rd party. Better to support a canadite indirectly and let people know you aren't happy with the way things are going and let that 3rd party grow then to stick yourself to two choices. Either one is bad. So call it, Give heads or take it in the tail. Your call.
/me tosses the coin and it lands perfectly on the edge. HE WINS!
