From the shop manual for a Honda CBR600F2 motorcycle. You can just hear the illustrator cackling to themself.

LOL yeah I showed this link to them on IRC and they were all like, "but I can't hear him cackling! Maybe my speakers are broken..."

It's a figure of speech, HS. It means that the illustrator prolly did this with all the bad intentions in the world :P
