Dude that is wrong i am a reader of egm and a casual visitor of most gaming websites and nothing of the sort is going to happen. World of Warcraft is still coming and The Sims 2 is coming out and Tony Hawk's Underground 2 will be coming out. Whoever informed you was wrong, very wrong

Sixteen total SIMS games. That's insane. And they don't even sell "The Sims" anymore, you can't even buy the original verison :p. EA is swimming in cash, I swear, those expansion packs are $20 a shot, which means the hardcore players have popped AT LEAST $180 into this game. That's......depressing.

IMO, the Sims is the most BS, overrated game ever. It might just be my crappy electronics provider, but the Sims always seems to be on the top 10...

Perhaps he (Markpyro) means that there will be no Warcraft 4? Worth considering... but quite an unlikely occurance, given the success of the Warcraft series.

I could never really stand to play that damn game "the sims" or anythign related to it. The only thing i ever played was "sim tower" which was pretty decent, but i always managed to be in debt by like the third year. lmao. That damn tower never did reach finish, oh well. The only tear i would shed to see any of those games discontinued is tears of joy. Except maybe warcraft, i have never played it, and therefore have nothing agaisnt it, other than it whoring all of blizzard's time on that damn series when they should be concentrating more of STARCRAFT! I think all of those games have just gotten way too damn many sequals and such. They should be discontinued.

I feel old. I remember the original SimCity and the countless hours of joy that it brought to me once I finally reached Metropolis. But my city growth always stagnated around 250,000....not enough room for more people. :(

I can't stand the game. You stay inside at your computer to control the life of a virtual person. Why not go outside and live your own damn life?

Sim Tower was good. (So is simcity 4) .
About The Sims.
I guess the games have to click with people and on many occasions they do and they're hooked.
I've played the Sims for a short time and it was interesting but it just didn't click the addictive button for me =/


But the fact that the warcraft series, The tony Hawk series, the Sims being discontinued is balderdash to say the least,......
unless i see some proof :P
