Nothing. Nothing to suggest after nine long years of no Tendas to brighten our day, no Magicant to keep our minds going as we geek out. I know I speak for many when I say it's time to put an end to that wait.

I think that if we could get a petition going or something, we could get Nintendo to get their ass in gear and give us some Earthbound game (preffered a remake on the GBA). We, some who have missed the catchy music of Onett and the halarity of the varied characters as we foolishly sold away our Super Nintendo. We deserve more. Nintendo has held us from the mother of modern RPGs too long, and I say we act.

If we can come together, it may not be this year. It may not even be the next. But we WILL have Earthbound returned to gaming shelves, and the greatest game of all time will be ours once again.

/Agree wholeheartedly.

Even if it didn't work, it would be fun to make a petition.

Could you just tell me if this is going to be the partition thread, or will you muster us WB-ers and create a new thread which we can all sign?

Well, there have been a number of petitions already made for Earthbound, most of which I've already signed ^_^. If you're looking for an awesome petition (now closed, it reached 31,338 signatures though), I'd head over here:
http://starmen.net/petition/index.php

They basically took the 30 000 signatures, gathered a lot of fan art, printed it off and shipped it off to Nintendo. Who knows, we may see an Earthbound sooner or later, but I doubt we can make anything as grandscale as the petition made here :p.

in sm.net, I signed the petition. It was for EB64, and I wish I didn't sign it. Did you see what that sequel was to be about? Some hick and his dog. No mention on PSI or Magicant or anything. That's why I didn't want a sequel. Just a revival of the original SNES EB.

But it's great to see fans coming here already. I've got more on different forums, all with the same topic. By the end of this year, we could expand hugely. This just may work.
