:D, I think I had that won~ even though he had 1 more ebay I believe, my rate of ebay production was much higher because of an earlier expo, and I was taking another main. Clearly, if it had gone on, my ebays would have overwhelmed his due to my early economic advantage :)

My first game in about an year, wined. The guy was a preety good, but still, I beat him. I'm very 'rusty', but I hope to make improvments.

The end is nice, he makes 200000 mutas and I kill 'em all. Worth seeing, I guess...

I await suggestions on how to improve.

your build order is bad against a zerg just go at 8 probes go pylon then 2 gates.
pump zeals pressure him alot with zeals and probes or you can just get pylon gate pylon geyser and tech.

you need more probes tho. i recommend get 1 gate cybernetic core then get dragoons and try to pressure the guy the point is not to break through his wall but to make him waste scvs and money if you can break through thats good!

Terran Strategy is a channel... on USEast gateway of battle.net. I used to hang out there a lot, but not so much anymore. There's a lot of nice players there.. some good some mediocre some newb. Cuteguy used to/does hang out in that channel.

How often do you hang out in terran strategy delta? I've seen newbie after newbie come in there, and he is always poping off because he's a cocky fag, and some newb starts bming him, so he rapes him. I've never seen him not play someone who bmed him in the channel. The very first thing he does is challenge them to a 1v1.

I played CuteGuy#1 at the WCG Ontario Prelims. I did lose, but map choosing was retarted (the two players had to agree, if we couldn't we got a coin 'toss) and he didn't want to play anything other than Dahlia, while I was trying to get Korhal or even Martian Cross. So we ended up playing the lame Dahlia. Anyways, back to my point. I played CuteGuy#1, although I lost, I can't say I was impressed all that much. All he did was dropwhoring, which was somewhat effective as it caught me off guard, and he lost like his entire army twice to my lurk/ling.

He called me a hacker and quit the game and I was like wtf? I watched the replay after and it turned out he had just loaded the overlord with 8 lings to drop on my base. Sometimes you just get lucky.

Lol. I used to have that knack against my friends. I have a tendency to play the same people over and over so I start to predict what they are planning on doing. After just enough silence in the game I get the feeling I'm about to be dropped and start ComSat-ing. They'd miss the sparkle and just see a pack of wraiths pound through them.

Of course none of us are very good players... so that makes it more fun. ;)

I've seen in the last couple of days a replay dl'es from here, saw it n' dumped it. Now I need it again... It's in Lost_Temple when a 'Tossie faces a Terraneer n' in it's early (game) stages the 'Toss gets a D.Archon 2 Mind C. a Tank on the cliff at the main Terran base, located at 12 o'clock in the map.

His cliffing with Tanks was cool (even more when he added the Turrets n' SCV's 4 repairs), but ur micro with the Mutas, 2 silence the Tanks, was better. :worship: If we were in UT (Unreal Torunament), the game would say "God Like!". *Lol*

Tonight I was looking on ygclan for more of his replays so I searched for one of his akas SmallHand and I found these 2 replays. Now this is weird, I mean he's like a 350apm terran with really good micro, so someone tell me what's going on :(!

I usually go easily with D.Temps & 'Sairs combo than Reavs & Corsairs. The Corsairs get away the Ovies and/or Mutas and the D.Temps fry away Hydras, Lurks and what ever they might send crawling... since I tag along at least an Observer with D.Temps. ;)

350 APM!?! That goes through the roof! I normally see levels from 80 to 240, so I don't know what that fella was takin' (weird or not) at the time he played.

the very flat -> very dynamic controls the time interval over which your apm is detected. The more dynamic, the shorter the time interval.

Building shuttle at approx. 4:05
First reaver comes out at 5:12
Second reaver comes out at 5:27
Drop occurs at 5:49 (this is unbeliveable!!)
Enemy supply goes from 16/42 to 16/18
Move on to next enemy
Some real nice reaver micro and some sweet visuals. 3 scarbs in a row blow up a zelaot and like 4 probes. sweet stuff.
Game is won at 8:00 - 8:05
BEST STAT: I did not lost a single unit.

I didn't watch your replay bogojoker, but I figured while I'm here wasting time I will attach the proper way to use reavers.. along with my main line pvp build.. (note: if opponent protoss 2 gates on LT, you should core on 20, but on this map, newb going 2 gate can be held off just fine with 14 core)

This was my first game back after 6 months of not playing, so I'm a little slow, and my first attack lacked my usual control and thus the game was prolonged, but whatever.

The key points in my build are robo as soon as core is done, then robo bay. Make a reaver, and make the observatory when reaver is half done so you can make an observer as soon as the reaver finishes. If your opponent went hardcore dt rush, your observer will be about 3/4 done when the first 2 DT reach your base, in close positions on LT.. just retreat to the robotics till it pops out. He won't even have time to kill a single probe.

After the observer finishes, I make a 2nd reaver and stay defensive at the top of the ramp until a shuttle finishes. Your opponent could be doing a number of things. He could be 3 gate goon, so you don't want to move out until you're ready because he will have way more goons than you. I move out when I have 2 reavers, shuttle, and observer along with whatever goons I've collected from 1 gate (get range before you move out.. wherever you have an extra 150/150 during the build).

He could be going DT, which you will absolutely spank. And he might have early expanded. If he did, then you go spank his expo with your reavers while fighting goons vs goons. Should be about even numbers of goons. Maybe let your reavers fire once in the fight before you send them off to kill the expo.

The purpose of this build is to counter faggots. That's why I designed it. People who go 2 gate zeal in PvP, and people who go DT will both be spanked by this build. The 2 gate zeal requires that you core on 20 so that you have enough zealots early (I'll make 3 zealots before starting goons in this case). Once your reaver pops out, you can spank whatever zealot force he might have. And DT is absolutely decimated by the observer/reaver combo.

If anyone tries this build and has problems with 2 gate zeal or DT, let me know and I'll help you out. You might run into trouble vs 3 gate goon because you have to be able to control your goon/reaver force well in order to defeat a superior number of goons. You might also run into trouble against a fast storm tech. This build wasn't designed to combat those contingencies. (I usually switch to 2 gate goon 1 robo reaver or if I'm feeling cocky, 1 gate goon 2 robo reaver if I see 3 gate goon.)

Well without further ado, here's the replay. If anyone has any questions or comments or wants to see more replays with this or different builds, let me know. Finally, I didn't give the rep this queer name, my opponent saved it.
