Diablo II LAN

My question is how to set up a LAN for gaming with my friend. Plz show me all the steps.

If you want to connect by TCP/IP (i'm assuming that's what you mean), you just need one person to host, and the rest to join. You can do this by going to "Other Multiplayer" and "TCP/IP" (or something like that). The host will click "Host" (surprise?) and this will start a game. Everyone else click "Join" (something to that effect) and types in the hosts IP address. Then you join. And play.

I would suggest the person with the fastest computer/internet connection hosts, I'm not positive it makes a difference, but you might as well just in case.

EDIT: I think it's specific to Diablo, so maybe it is supposed to be here.

Oh, I thought we was asking what he needed to set up a LAN, like the cables and stuff. oops. heh
