Whats your favorite #pool rush for zerg?

Depends what you're trying to accomplish. 7 pool, 9 pool, and 12 pool all have their merits...

I chose the 6 pool rush.

The few times I tried a 4 pool rush, the guy beat it back, then I could never keep up with him cuz me economy was crap.

Anything higher then a 8 pool is a bit to slow for me, especially if they are terran.

The 6 pool has worked for me in the past, so thats probably what I will stick to.

4 Pool = Do or Die, either way, someone is quitting after this is done.

7 Pool = Best for rush since you dont need another overlord and it allows the most amount of drones without the ovie.

9 Pool = Not meant to kill unless he went fast expo build or something else, more for harass.

Therefore I picked 7 pool.

I dislike 12pool expand because it pretty much forces you to go 3hat, so you stay low-tech for longer than I like. I much prefer high tech zerg units :)~

12 pool expo doesnt force you to go 3 hat. 12 pool 12 hatch 13/14 gas then sunken up. no need for another hatch.

2 hatch anything non lair is fucking retarded. If you aren't lair, you are 3 hatch, save for rare occasions.

Sureilldoit tried to go really fast hydra.. I 9/10 gated and he had a hydralisk when my 4th zealot showed up. He got raped. =/

Well obviously if you don't build any lings you're going to lose, but fast hydra vs toss is still viable.

I have to start 9pooling again on zvz, it worked so well

on blood bath I like to 6poll vs protoss
and then go sunken->hydra speed->hydra micro (range if he builds cannons, plus they arent cost effective)

On Blood Bath I 5-pool. Havn't lost yet with it, but it is one of those things that you have to specifically gaurd against.

I still don't see why anyone would vote for anything but 9pool / Other. 9pool gives you by far the most options, and allows you to harass so much better than the rest of the choices.

5 pool and 6 pool suck on blood bath. 7 pool is decent though since you can bring your econ up easier.

ZvZ on blood bath 9 pool owns 5 or 6 pool just by making a colony on their creep. Their ling have to sit there and kill it (lest it become a sunk and own them) which gives you time to get your ling out.

PvZ you just 9/10 gate and rally to probes. After you own their fag rush their econ will suck. On blood bath, if they chose Z, sometimes I like to 5 scout just to see if they are playing like a ******. If so I 7 pylon 7 gate and their early pool gets raped so hard.

TvZ your bunker should be almost complete so just spank around with your marine until it is. Repair the scv making the bunker.

on blood bath against 5 pool, just scv rush and kill all his drones
