Hey, how can I give the Lurker an air attack - Acid spray - but it can attack air if it is unburrowed? And when it's burrowed it won't have it and have his default attack.
I beleve that'd crash the game... You can though make an air unit that's attack-air-only attack ground and vise versa.
If u read n' later use the tools available at this thread (SC Editing Reference (http://www.warboards.org/showthread.php?t=509)) or the SC.org (http://www.starcraft.org), u might do the trick... ;)
But that it's called modding , if u didn't know. That's moddifyin' default files 2 change SC in any way u want it 2... new units, skills, etc. :devil:
If u wanna see modding at their best, check out the following 4 instance:
- Maps & Mods (http://www.warboards.org/forumdisplay.php?f=19) inside the SC bebriefing room here;
- Clicky here (http://www.rakrent.com/rtsc/html/scbw4.htm);
- StormCoast Fortress (http://www.stormcoast-fortress.net/).
I think u could pull it off with Arsenal, Ice or StarDraft. But I'm no experienced modder myself... :P

Yes, it's possible. You'll need ICE to give it an air attack animation though. I think that right, I haven't really checked out the lurker's animations. Since it's such a unique unit it might work differently. Everything else should be able to be done with Arsenal III.

Well, what I ment was if he was willing to actually give an attack animation for it, then that's ok. But I didn't think he's that willling

Oh of course, yes, that's what you meant when you said 'You can though make an air unit that's attack-air-only attack ground and vise versa.' I was just clarifying things a little.

It really passed my mind that StarDraft wasn't essential in this op... but wth. :)
I really need 2 learn how 2 work with these! :P
