It's sometimes full sometimes not..though the difference in timezones may have something to do with that.

It's a programming language.
People come in and out of IRC, so just set it to flash when someone talks so that you know when people are on.

It's the things that make welcome messages, and !say commands, etc.

Basically, anything that's automated, like the trivia thingies we have, and the !say, !beer, !attackfenguin, etc. things are remote scripts (like hammock said).

Yeah, and remember not to make any remote scripts and use them on the Warboards IRC channel. Also, now on there are many people in IRC. Sometimes even more than the amount of people logged in warboards.org.
It's a programming language.no, it's not. closer to scripting, as php isnt compiled.
remote scripts are, well, scripts which react on certain event, usually defined in the script itself (word, join, etc.)
