All right, Ive consulted the Arsenal 3 tutorial yet, when I change the weapon of the Marine to the Ghost C-10 attack shell, it doesnt work. Then I read up on the ICE guide, but I have no knowledge on working with the CWADS, I cant use stardraft because it only seems to work with an earlier version than Version 1.11. If anybody can provide help, I would appreciate it.

First, could you define what 'doesnt work' mean, because that could mean a few things. Does it crash or does nothing happen or is it something else?

I'm pretty sure it's the 'nothing happens' one since most people new to modding get that. It's best explained in ChauSara's tutorial on StarCraft.org, look carefully at the part where you turn your units.dat file into an MPQ.
