I like them, especially the first. The second needs a little more symbolism, and the third doesn't really have a focal point, ie features that set it apart. It's a background with a word and lens flare. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, they aren't the best, but certainly nowhere near the worst. :D

Your KhyrasZeltaris @ SC.org: is a very good combination of colors although lacks some glossyness, unless that;s what you were hoping for..

Now, as a Photoshop newb [I only started using it yesterday], I have absolutely no idea what "glossines" and some other terms mean, so... could you elaborate a bit more? As usual, feedback & tips will be appreciated

Well by glossyness is just a relative term..that sig looks kinda rough..misty...not sharp or clear or smooth. Of course that's not a bad thing. It's damn good if that's the kind of texture you were hoping for.

Technique: Starcraft screen, cropped and masked, although, considering how it ended up, I might aswell have colourised it...
Scanlines at 60% opacity. Frames at 70%.
Fonts: Catharsis cargo & Axaxax

Now, back on topic. I've popped this rotator script I found at the forum which shall remain unmentioned (you know, BF)... anyway, it's this free script that allows you to rotate images, but I don't trust free stuff too much, so I've got a couple of questions
-Does it work fine?
-Does it increase the loading time for sigs?
-Do YOU like it?
-Should I switch over to Kupatrix? :P

Portfolio update!
I did this using a certain tutorial on good-tuts. Basically, I took a pic of a mate of mine, got rid of the background and then undeadified him. I've got to say, I'm pretty pleased with the final result

would you mind telling me how you extraxt images, I alyways just use teh eraser on everything around the image I am trying to get but you use blur, or if you wouldn't mind direct me somewhere where I can learn how to extract images in a better way than I do.

Although, when placed on a web site, Nova's gun might cause a bit of a problem, making the header a little lower on the page. Other than that, it looks really, really good. To make a site look good, make sure you keep everything else the same theme, and it'll work out perfectly.

I like the header, though I think you could put a more "action filled" background in it. Also, I don't like how the wraith comes out on the bottom like that... it looks weird.

I thought the Wraith coming out of the bottom was the right effect, just used in the wrong way. One thing I noticed about good layouts is they have parts that flow between different areas. A very good example of what I mean are the bars that flow between the different parts of the http://www.infoceptor.com/ layout. I like layouts like that, it's just this particular Wraith feels like its positioned wrong.

The blue background colour is nice there, but like people have said, it needs to be more interesting. To be honest, the part I'm not hot about is the way it's set up now like the background is an object on the page. My first suggestion would be to make the background of your whole page that same interesting blue colour, and put white formations on top of it, making sure you're cutting out windows in the white parts that let the background show through. Maybe then you could add in another colour or two...

The centrepiece is nice, what I might add are short, thick stripes on the metal circular outline that go outwards. It depends on how you want it to look as a final result. Maybe if you made it face slightly to the right, a bit like the globe on http://www.babonmultimedia.net/ and then added ripples of light coming off it, it'd look cooler.

Nova looks okay, she's blended nicely into her position, but something just looks wrong
