what would you suggest to make your own unit animation files (.grp). I thought of using a computer animation program, make a model, then take shots of the model in the different possitions. Somone else told me to use a simple graphics program like microsoft paint (which comes with windows). what would you suggest, i doesnt have to be on of the ideas here.....?

First, i think the animation for you sig is slow. Second, i think that using a 3D graphics program is a better idea than trying to do each frame via paint.

Ok, i won't talk about your sig.

If the graphics looking different is what you're worried about, then edit each image in paint, but remember that you have 18 images for each pose. (or something like that.)

How do you even edit a .grp file? The tutorial on SC.org only showed you what each thing does.

Well, to edit a .grp, you need to first write out the file using Retrogrp. Then you edit the BMPs, then you recompile into a .grp. Need more details?
