i got this war scythe called the grim reaper and it as 100% deathly strike and i was wonder what it is

Deadly strike is simple doing double damage. That means if an item does... Let's say 6-8 damage? With deadly strike activated, it will do 12 to 16 damage. If it's a 100% chance, basically, whatever the listed damage it, double that, and you have it. If it's 50%, you can assume that the damage multiplied by 1.5 is your 'Average' damage range. Simple, no?
