It's incredible how many molestation cases surface nowadays. Thankfully he was acquitted, but that's not always the case.

And the biggest problem is that the accused has to present evidence that they are not guilty.

It seems when I grow up, I'll have to ask all my "partners" to sign an agreement stating that anything that would happen that night is consensual.
Cuz I'd hate to be accused of date rape or any other b.s.

What are your opinions?

And fill out Application 27A or you'll be grounds for dismissal according to regulations 756d, 384c, and 102a. Unless of course you violate 389z, in which case, you're pretty much fucked.

It's an occupational hazard if you work for a big company like that. Somebody, like the mother in this case, is more than willing to try and find an easy way to sue the company for a quick and lucrative settlement.

It's shameful and there should be a law against filing frivolous lawsuits. Have your case defeated three times and pay the court a hefty fine for wasting the defendant and judge's time.

while there are a lot of fraudulent cases that come up, i've known too many girls who were molested and/or raped to not lean towards the plaintiff's side. but this case did seem ridiculous since a costume like that can pretty well annihilate you're ability to avoid contact.

I'd think it to be impossible to fondle anyone, or anything for that matter when you have hands that are a foot wide. But you never know, I doubt that WDW does backround checks or anything. Poor little girl.

I think that a lot of people, usually girls /sexist/ try to take advantage of a breakup or something like that to sue for rape. I hear about it a lot through the news, and I'm always wondering how many times it was consensual but they're just looking to take advantage of it.

Seeing that attorney in the Tigger suit during the court procession must have been quite a sight, that probably drew more attention than the case itself :)

Why would you fondle a girl in a suit anyway? It's not like you could get any pleasure out of it...ooh...there's two inches of foam and feaux-fir between us...

Anyway, as for the whole signing a contract for consensual sex...that might not be so far fetched. Take the recent high profile case of...crap...who was it...was it Iverson?...I really can't remember...no...don't think it was Iverson...but I think it was a basketball player...oh well.

Cheers to frivolous lawsuits.
