The sig is actually very good :)
Very good use of colors and good abstract design.
Btw, your picture (I'm assuming that's you in the sig) is of much better quality than the one in the avy
Except for the fact that it IS too long
The maximum size of the sig picture should be 500*140 pixels.

* The content shall be at most of PG-13 level, lest it be struck down as immodest

Shall not exceed 140 pixels. Check.

Shall not exceed 500 pixels wide or 25 KB in side.

His is 18KB, and does not exceed 140 PX. He is fine.
