Ummm just stick to online play buddy
Try using LAN option. If that doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you. If needed, make sure the network is functioning properly. I do know, though, Cat 5 is your best bet. That's about as far as I can go there o.O

yeah lan should work.try out all the options to make sure. Most probably one will work and if none do then go to battlenet.

Make sure that the IPX/SPX protocol is enabled on both computers. On XP: Control Panel > Network connections > Local Area Connection Properties. Make sure that in the window, the IPX/SPX protcol is there. If not, click the Install button.

Also make sure Auto Detect or Full Duplex is enabled under Link Speed and Duplex in the NIC settings.
Weekend, use the edit button please, but yea, I didn't even think about the Protocol.. I forgot both systems need to be compatible with it... My bad o.O

Sorry, didn't think of it. If the IPX/SPX protocol doesn't work, try UDP.
