I met a girl 7 months ago,since then we became realy good friends.It was 1 and a half months ago that we started talking through skype,I met her good friend too.

This thread is about the fucked up ppl that are like her boyfriend...why? let me tell you.
They started dating 2 and a half years ago,she is now 16 he was nearly 17 back then.So what do you think it hapened?yea a normal 13 and a 16 year old love no problem...

when she turned 14 (which was 4-5 months later),her boyfriend became...a sex addict...even though they lives a couple of 100 km's away that didnt stop him from coming to her to have sex every 2 days (just a reminder she was 14 he 17)...that continued throught those 2 and a half years and now she finaly decided thats its over beetwen them.
(They met on a forum and then started PM-ing/dating...)

You are probably thinking "hey you know her only 7 months why should you give a fuck about her",well...its cuz I know someone that is like him.its the same story but it ended wery sadly with him going to jail for raping.
I am now wery woried about her but she lives in poland so I'm completely helpless.It is today that realy made me kill that guy...her friend told me almost everything (even showed me his picture, http://img216.imageshack.us/img216/9255/dsc00921ld9.jpg (another reminder he is in late 17 on that picture,she 14)).when they started having sex he made her do it...

As far as I know, a minor "can't" make an educated decision about consent for sex.
Obviously some can, but the law is there to protect them.
Sometimes you'll say yes just because you don't want to lose someone. I almost did, and I'm 14.

If a 14 year old has consent to have sex with a 14 year old there is no criminal case, period.

In the US 18 is the legal age.

Yes, your right Serbia. These types of relationships do typically spoil when the weaker of the two partners breaks up with other. Rape can be common when it comes to these situations. You should warn her to take measures to protect herself. Cease communication with him and if he tries to threaten her she's gotta make sure that she has a way of dialing the police or her parents. Of course these measure would be completely unnecessary if she just fessed up to her parents, but we all know that would never happen in a million years. Again, just tell her to have some form of communication up at anytime if she feels unsafe.
