I would also like to agree that GA take Tetris enhancing drugs. Think of his high scores that he will be able to achieve than! He will be a nigh unstoppable juggernaut bestriding the world, and showing his godliness among us oh so unforseeable humans inhabiting his world. If I wanted to spend a few hours out of boredom in the arcade, and claim high scores I would. Of course one day of bordeom in castle defense seems to have gotten the "boring mouse clicking score."

I would play more Castle Defense, if the first 10 levels didn't take a half hour of boring ass mousing.
He seems to be overcompensating in Tetris for not wanting to beat the Castle Defense score. I would also like it to be noted that GA currently does not have the highest score in the arcade, and is flaunting his Tetris score around as if it means he is the score leader. If you can not tell I am obviously appealing to GA's sense of pride, and want him to beat the other scores. We shall now test this by seeing if he replies to these taunts and goes on a rampage for scores as a result of taunting his arcade skills.

Well there's this annoyance that our version is the older version -- as opposed to the newer version. Ours lets you do the massive damage piled up splash towers in corners and clicking to direct damage -- y'know?

While the new version does away with clicking (OMFG YAY) to introduce an interest feature, as well as more balanced tower costs (eg: damage doesn't cost 360 or whatever).

Anyway, I really love tower defenses, and this is one that just pisses me off. I hate the air levels, personally I hate air in ANY TD game since it just seems beyond stupid to me.

I also hate that when you could technically get more damage from building a new tower then upgrading, but if you pile in a group of splash + upgrade them they can dish an insane amount of damage.

Well there's this annoyance that our version is the older version -- as opposed to the newer version. Ours lets you do the massive damage piled up splash towers in corners and clicking to direct damage -- y'know?
Well there's only one real choice for towers in each of the phases. That makes the game predictable and one-dimensional. I seriously doubt it's possible to get far beyond 4,000 points, just because of the non-linear growth of the HP of creeps vs. the linear growth of towers and the linear cost of towers. Eventually it won't matter how "skilled" you are or how cleverly you plan your towers, there simply won't be enough damage to kill the creeps before the next wave spawns. It doesn't help that you have to pay for cold towers to make your AoE towers effective, and they do no damage. So the overall cost vs. efficiency ratio towards the end of the game is basically bankrupt.

heh, the newer version has an interest thing with it, if you play right you can eventually get gobs and gobs of money from interest -- I think the maxed out is about level 400 or so with a board full with damage+air fully upgraded.
