How do you block with barracks and depot so that it's impossible to get through?

Easiest way, and the way that I've used since about four years ago, is just to set up Supply Depots close enough together, and place two rows of them. That's usually enough to keep any units, even Probes and Zergling (some of the smallest pathing units) from crossing.
As far as Barracks, the only time I've used them is when they represented a bulkhead door of some sort. In which case it takes some crafty terrain work around the barracks in order to sort of 'mold' it around the building. If you do it right, when the barracks is dropped, there will be no way to get through, but obviously, you can fit through when it's lifted.
On smaller entrances I think you can total wall with 1 rax and 1 depot, but on most ramps (which require 2 depots + 1 rax) zerglings/marines will be able to fit through one area, but only those units I think. Not positive dont wall much

Covers most modern maps and the proper wall-ins at each position.
Pretty extensive.

Great! I'll guess I'll have to try this out.
God, I have sucked on walling sometimes, and it is so embarassing when lings or something unexpectedly come through.

A lot fo walls aren't ling-proof, but if you can seal off everything except for one little spot where they can sneak through, you can just stick and SCV there to plug the hole.

I just memorize that the bottem of the rax next to terrain is impassible but if it's next to a supply depot, it's passible. Left of the rax+supply depot=passable but right of the rax+supply depot=impassable. Top of rax impassable.
