Does anyone know the proper building positioning to wall on Othello and Python. As it is, I play these maps without walling, but I'd like to be able to wall to open up more strategy opportunities and especially in 2v2.

I thought you walled python the same way you walled LT?
Either way, walling is really unnecessary, particularly with alot of current builds. Sorry I couldnt just give you an answer.

You can wall the 12 and 3 bases normal on Python, but 6 and 9 are a bit funky.
I'm not saying a wall is necessary; just that it allows for more strategic options (how bout 3 rax no gas tvp, hiding the number of rines you have, protecting against 2 gate zeals, etc...) and it also helps a ton in 2v2's to prevent the double rush.
Well it depends generally when im 6 and 9 Ill either
A. Not wall (that doesnt help much)
B. Just go with any order rax/depot so goons and larger units cant fit in and small units get funneled right line to get raped by rines/vults/tanks.
Thats my best bet =p

As far as I know 6 and 9 don't wall right on python. By 'right' I mean as close to the ramp as possible, but here's perfect seals that will block rushes from getting in your base to harass your probes, etc.
I can't take screenshots so I just made a game against a comp and went and walled those bases in. They're not ideal but they work vs rushes, and I don't think you can get anything closer to the ramp.
