"Thread closed."
Alas, I was too late, and missed my opportunity to contribute my thoughts on the essence of horniness to the thread established to elucidate that topic.
He who hesitates is lost.
Fortunately, there's still the Colossal Squid to talk about.

Now, I'd hate to have to contend with one of those on my way to work every day.
Which is why I am glad that I don't work anywhere near the circumantarctic Southern Ocean, where the Colossal Squid surely wreaks havoc on commuter traffic.

Somehow, however, I don't see how your comments address the issue of the Colossal Squid's effect on commuter traffic.

Hmm... Giant squid would wreak havoc on commuters.

It's called the Kraken. A mythical creature in Greek mythology. It appeared on Hercules, Sinbad, and many other movies, and also in PC games such as The Age of Mythology.

Gargantuan Squid, eh? That didn't sound familiar. Anyway, mine was just a guess so prolly yours is real.
Note that Gargantuan means huge or extremely large, so it was just like saying 'Huge Squiddy'.

The ones that sperm whales fight are called giant squid. The ones that are even bigger are called collosal squid.

teehee, sperm whale, blow fish.
Anyway, as for the whole commuter traffic disruption theory, the squids probably can't do much because the humans keep poking them with those giant toothpicks, as shown in your pic.
And the whole "o noz dis thred is jus spam!!" is there a finite number of threads that can be going at once in the members lounge? Nope, there can be a colossal amount (see what I did there?), so leave the seafood lovers alone while they debate the possible influence of these squids on commuter traffic, it's really important, like global warming, or lesbians.
