Where can i download frozen throne?

Blizzard Store (http://www.blizzard.com/store/).

Create an account, the go your account page, click on "Games", click on "Add a New Game", and enter your key.

Then download and install, using the key they gave you (not your old key).

Completely legitimate way to get another copy, without needing to worry about pirates and their hidden viruses.

if you decide to torrent it, then i don't think you can play on b.net.

You can still play on battle net as long as you have a valid, store-bought CD key. It doesn't matter where you got the disc.

Especially since blizzard offers a legitimate way to replace/download games now.
