I didn't bother with the Sigaty Interview -- but the one with Browder provided no new information whatsoever. The Macro V Micro arguments have been hashed here and everywhere time in and out.

All the stuff about the zerg was already posted in an editorial at Starcraft.org and the rest of the mechanics about the Thor / AntiGravity / etc was unresolved musings that all the fans have been pondering over for the longest time.

It is a nice "catch up" for anyone that has been AWOL for the last six months -- but other than that, it was nothing new.
