That tech tree looks an awful like this one (http://www.starcraft2forum.org/forums/showpost.php?p=128266&postcount=33). However, I couldn't read any of the units names in the video, but the buildings look to be about the same number and position in the tree.

The map I posted a link to was made last April, but it's the most uptodate map I have on-hand.
