It seems like Hwasin was really inactive, my best guess is that he was just exploring the tech tree and testing certain stuff within the terran tech.

And that looked pretty interesting...I wonder what you have to do to get on the list to play one of those.(I'm no legend, and I haven't even entered any contests, So I see why not me)
That was a nice game to watch. Good to see the motherships in action. Obviously they aren't so beefed up anymore, since you can build multiples of them.
