Question about auto refresh

Hey I was just wondering if anyone knew where to I could find an autorefresh that works for mac. I can't run .exe files on my computer so does anyone know where i can get an autorefresh, Thanks!

*note these are not methods I have tried nor do I know anyone who has tried them (I just found them on google), so I do not know if they will work at all.
