Help With WinMPQ Problem On A Mod!

Mkay, so im reading the How To Create Your First Mod (http://www.starcraft.org/customs/CustomsTutorials/Creating+your+first+mod) on Starcraft.org (Noob I Know) and I did pretty much everything it says. Now it says to drag the My First Mod folder onto the MPQCompactor. I did that, but it says:

Please run WinMPQ at least once to allow the MPQ Compactor to function properly.

Soz I open the WinMPQ164 WinRAR ZIP, but it now says:

This application has failed to start because VB400320.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

So, help?

You need the Visual Basic 4 Runtime Files (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/196286) in order to use WinMPQ.

um then what? WHen i open the vb4run it says:

To unzip all files in vb4run.exe to the specified folder press the Unzip button.

Soz i press it, and its done.... now what???

I fixed this problem by downloading the file it says is missing and slapping it into the folder with WinMPQ. Fast, easy, free. (Before you ask me where to DL it from, do a google search :))

Extract the file into the WinMPQ file. So, what kind of mod are you making?
