Looking for a map editor...

I know it exists, because I have used it before but there are soo many editors to choose from, I downloaded a few of them but didn't see the one I am looking for specifically.

It's the editor (any editor) that will allow you to zoom in/out on the map. I find that this is very helpful when making large maps that have a pattern you are trying to follow.

I could have sworn it was StarForge 2.0.0, but I'm not seeing the drop down menu to zoom out.
