I've made a made where there r 75 stacked burrowed lurkers each doing 30ish damage. Yet when they attack the damage output is SOMETIMES more than expected.
how does the damage double sometimes and not remain constant >.>
this was used against one 1 unit so i dont think splash comes into effect o_O
lurkers do 100% damage against every single unit. secondly, 75 x 30 = 2250 damage, which is a huge lot. Also, even if they're stacked, they dont start shooting EXACTLY the same moment, and thus the damage may seem constant. We're talking about such a huge damage rate, that it may easily seem more than what it should be.

i no its suppose to do 2250 but some times it goes all the way to around 4k damage
thats why i want to no how the spikes work >.>
does a unit between the spines get double damage or something >.>

Large units can get hit more than once.

no
Large units can get hit more than once.
really? On the 5000 1v1's I've played, I haven't noticed a siege tank die once with less than 8 lurker hits
Ya im pretty sure Large Units only take one hit, and Id trust Ahzz as well. But I think that considering the lurker attack rate could almost be considered fast that you may have certain lurkers attacking twice. Not sure. Maybe uploading the map could help?

4000 is nearly 2x as much damage. They probably started firing out-of-sync and he just found it hard to measure when one attack stopped and another began.

I was mistaken; I was basing it off of how the lurker attack actually worked and similar behaviour attacks I've seen before. And when I said 'large', I meant building sized, but that's not really important. My bad.
I think the fault in what you said KillerKow is that units have specific size ratings so a 'large' unit is an actual size of a unit. In this case a siege tank.

Or have the lurkers surround the unit, so you can actually watch (well) how the attacks go.
