I must now brag about my accomplishments yesterday, which blow my mind.
We beat Karazahn in 2.5 hours.
Haul:
22 Badges of Justice
Epic Belt (moroes)
Epic Cape (prince)
Questline for Violet Eye
Revered for Violet Eye
Upgrade for Epic Ring
Epic chest recipe (Soulvest)
I then started to do my SSO dailies, but only got two done before I somehow managed to land a Heroic Slabs group. Slabs was the daily we managed to complete in 45 min.
Loots:
6 Badges of Justice
Epic Pants Recipe (Spellstrike)
Greatsword of Horrid Dreams
Primal Nether
Kara quest completed
So all in all, it takes me roughly 3.5 hours to get some ridiculous amount done. I'm pretty much floored with how much I got done, having complicated plans or even premade groups. Today is guild Kara / Gruuls, so that's another 5 badges, possibly a chestpiece or another epic. If I clear Karazahn next week, I'll have the Scryer's Blade of Focus and +120 spell damage by Tuesday.
And again. Sorry Scottie, but this much pwnage should be illegal.

What can I say? *shrug* Good job, you got some amazing stuff for the amount of time you put in and for how little I'm assuming that you raid (I apologize if this assumption is incorrect, I rarely pay any attention to this forum and you seem to be more of a PvP guy).
I would also brag about my accomplishments but I have nothing to show for it.

Meh, sorry if I came across as bragging. I had a couple of rough days where I spent 1 hour trying to put together raids that never got off the ground. Then raided and got my shit ninja'd by some dumbass, etc. etc. Finally had a spectacular day and was really happy about it. I thought people would take the opportunity to share and possibly one-up me, but maybe I came off a little too strong.

In the first line you said you were bragging :P I never thought you worried about coming off as too strong.

I assure you, I worry about precious little. However, the point of the thread was more of "hey let's share accomplishments" than a blog of my WoW doings. I thought if I bragged in your faces, I'd get some bragging back. I like to hear what people are up to, sue me.
well i farmed 200 thick clefthoof leathers and raised my leatherworking to 360 in about, oh, 3-4 days.
Yeah, I blew some at the ah.
Damn am I tired of nagrand.
I've discovered that Clefthoof Leggings make for some really nice profit.
I'm wondering why, specifically, I don't have auctioneer advanced, because being able to post multiple auctions at once would be oh-so-nice.
Oh, and I'm also wondering how the hell I can jump into a run through, really, any instance, so I can start practicing my tanking ability; while trying to avoid being screamed at for not being uber leet at it.

Usually most instances on non-heroic are meant for below L70. Now that you're L70 and wearing all Clefthoof with +12sta gems, you should be able to tank most instances no problem. Pick one, go to wowwiki, and read up on the fights. That way you'll know everything you're supposed to be doing. Most instances start easy and get harder, so you'll get some practice before things get harder.
Either way, most of the stuff is going to be easy as long as you're geared properly and have proper spec. The bosses will be the only hard part, and usually there's someone around who can help wowwiki in explaining to you exactly what you're supposed to be doing.

This one time I ran Zul'Farrak and I got a lot of fancy stuff from it, including a carrot on a stick from a quest that I finished in there.

I hate to say it, but I didn't get rid of that trinket till 62 and Crusader Aura xD

Still thinking about getting the riding crop, to be honest. It's like 150g in mats, but 10% move at 280 move makes 310 move. That's a mere 90 short of the route-gryphs, and if you fly Crow's Flight you can make it to your destinations faster.
Heh. This is another reason I'm interested in actually doing the swift flight form quest line -- you get a trinket similar to a riding crop IIRC -- but to be honest, I might give in and drop the gold on a normal flyer since I can just make my own riding crop... or at the least hit the ah for the materials xP
That and it's hard enough trying to gather groups as it is, doubtful anyone would just be thrilled to help me out with the group parts of the quest line.

I have a riding crop for when I fly and I have no complaints. I rather enjoy it, I get around easily enough and as you said, straight line = getting around a lot faster than any other method.

You know I often bounce in and out of the riding crop sometimes just to see if it is really worth it. (It is) I actually notice a difference in speed. I especially love it on my warrior. I did not buy even the low end flying mount on my warrior because after spending 5k on my epic flyer on my other character I just really didnt want to spend my money on it haha. I have the money I just hate departing with it :(...
I need to start running heroic mech though so I might still get it. The reason I hate riding the slow mount though is because after having a fast one it makes me want to cut my eyes out with a spork lol. (SLOOOW)

I was under the impression that Crusader Aura didn't stack with anything.

I was under the impression that Crusader Aura didn't stack with anything. It doesn't. The max increase in speed is 20% and only pallies can achieve this. Like you get a riding crop + netherwing whip that wont stack either even though it is +10 +10.

Just FYI, Vhaerun, a +10% increase from a Riding Crop isn't "stacking" with the movespeed of an Epic flying mount. The 280% movespeed of the Epic flier is considered a Base Move Speed, whereas the Riding Crop is considered the Modifier.
Regardless, a Crusader Aura is a +20% move speed Modifer, and a Riding Crop is a 10% move speed Modifier. I do not play nor have any interest in Paladin characters. You appear to have me confused with someone else.
