I actually think so, physically and personality-wise, even after she got infested.

Reasons: She's unlike most videogame girls being overly secsy and having boobs jiggling all over the place. She looks (looked) just like a normal woman under a high-tech ghost suit. And I also dig her strong-willed personality, the type of girl I highly admire.

Plus I think her infested form is cool too.

Un-infested I think her form is fairly widely open to interpretation being there's not a whole lot of imagery out there. However it always has been a fantasy of mine, when I get good enough at cgi, to do her justice. ;)

Infested I think she's been sexualized quite a bit. Especially with the SC2 hype.

I don't really find her attractive. I like Zerglings for example, but I would never think of one as pretty. Same with Kerri.

Infested Kerrigan's skin is interesting. . . notice the close-up in the campaign selection screen. It's fun just to think the ferocious, boundless, usually monstrous growth of the Zerg could produce a being with such smooth and anatomically sensible features.

Physically, yeah, I find her attractive in a uniquely alien way.

As to her character, she starts out okay and gets worse. One of the first things she does, you'll recall, is busting Raynor's chops for thinking naughty thoughts about her. Which leads me to think that unless she's constantly lashing out at everyone who thinks inappropriate thoughts around her, meaning basically everyone she ever meets, which sounds unlikely, she's flirting with him. Consider also her annoyed line, "It doesn't take a ghost to know what you're thinking": You might think the implication is that she finds that sort of thing distasteful, but if she did, the best way to deal with it would be not to mention it.

Unless it's somehow a foreign concept to her that guys have dirty thoughts, I'd say this points to a sensuous character who enjoys her sexuality, if only on a mental level.

And she goes from that to a grudge-holding asshat to backstabbing manipulator to power-hungry conqueror of the galaxy. It doesn't really make sense to me. Why do these changes happen? I guess it can be explained by Zerg hive mind influence; an alien intelligence altering her personality. But that's neither good writing nor a likeable character. >_>

Maybe the stilleto heels are just part of the artwork for a value because the artist thought about drawing her with no shoes which didn't give a zerg or even terran feel, thought about it, and then decided the heels gave a more regal appearance that drew on the name queen of blades.



But to settle it...
Go watch the cinematic trailer, and it shows kerrigan's face with glowing eyes at 3:51. I'd rather trust that trailer than the artwork.

And if this changes your opinion about a video game character, get a life, like Borgorb said.

I'd say that concept is final if they're making cinematics with it. Seriously, that leg looks pretty much exactly the same as the artwork. EXACTLY, except in the art she has black claws and here she has toenails.

And man, they look pretty sharp; I wouldn't want to be stabbed in the chest with that, and she kicks really fast. XD
