Well to be honest my little darling, didn't the word VOLUNTEER kind of give it away.

Anyway have fun Fenix and don't take any shit from the people you're working with, remember it's free labour for them. When I did my work experience at a book store they tried to make me work extra hours, have fewer breaks etc. but I stood up to them and so should you. But hopefully you'll have a good experience.

Volunteer jobs are great place to start, helps build a solid resume and you get paid better on your first job for experience.

Most of my friends make minimum wage $6.25- $6.75, I make $8.30 an hour.

or you can just get a job.
it's really not hard to get jobs/experience that will pad your resume and also provide pay.

he's not going for a high-academia position wherein he's doing research or something else that is that impressive that not being paid is worth the tradeoff. putting in work someplace everyday for no pay - sounds like the manager there sure got the best of that deal.

Thanks well to day was my first day. I helped Format a laptop put a cupple thing away
it was a great learning experience. and to day i fixed my computer. and thanks to you all for being nice to me. and by the way i volunteer at abi computer and maybe i will git a job there when i'm 16 so i had a great day.

Volunteer and job should never be used in conjunction.

Job implies money. Volunteer implies the lack of payment.

Or could just call it "Work Experience" anyway good for you, if you leave a good impression im sure you may have a chance of landing a job (thats if their hiring ofcourse).

I have done that a few times unpaid work, once as a groundsmen at the local golfcourse best one i have ever done :)
