Its kinda annoying, but i dont really like the new members that join, make an account, create a thread to get their question answered, then leave. 0laf;). If they're gona join then they should at least make a commitment to stay for a while, at least. If not we should have like an open forum just for guests that dont register, so they dont take up name space or other.
Just Saying, :D
Anyone Agree?
Im probably Over-reacting,:concern:

Yeah a huge portion of the members here have just 1-5 posts to their credit, I guess that's kinda how forums work.

Welcome to a forum for people who don't particularly like forums, and thus only use it to ask a question.

You cant make them to stay...anyway www.warcraft.org and www.starcraft.org links ARE on the blizzards sites. No warboards.org.If they put it there,we should get 12+ members per week.
AJ you must fight so that we could get new members!

Polkaman, if you are posting this because of 0laf, I'm afraid you are in over your head. 0laf is a prank user made by a congregation of moderators for a purpose of an April Fool's joke that sadly wasn't successful. Read in the ORG wiki for more information.

This.
If you have a question about SC, and you want it solved, you want to post your question somewhere. What point is there to stay then after your question is answered? Not everybody cares as much about forums, and if you're completly new on warboards and you know noone, you're not gonna stay just cause you posted a question.

I don't think that'd be a good idea. If they come once for an answer to a question, they may want to come again when they have a new question.

No, polka. Even if the member is superbly useless, I don't think AJ'd bother deleting him/her because it gives member count. ;)

So, i guess its pretty much Okay to just come here for answeres to questions?
If so,
(Proposal of a guest forum, a little secluded area where guests come to get their questions answered, or ignored:P)

Polkaman, maybe you should just grow a pair and develop a life outside of WarBoards. Does it really matter that there are users that come here just to ask a question? We are an open community and we welcome anyone and everyone (which is unfortunate sometimes *looks over list of irritating members*). Asking a question is how I got here. So seriously, don't worry. AJ will make some cookies and read you a bed time story and by the morning it will be all better.

I think we've just about squeezed the last excuses for potential out of this thread.
Good game, no remake.
