The emmy nominations (http://www.emmys.tv/downloads/images/2004emmynoms.pdf) were given at the ungodly hour of 5:35 am today (aka my bedtime). Which shows are you rooting for and how can they possibly be better?
Here are the only 2 categories that actually matter for everyone to vote on:
Best Drama
- CSI
- Joan of Arcadia
- The Sopranos
- 24 :worship: :worship:
- West Wing
Best Comedy
- Arrested Development
- Curb Your Enthusiasm
- Everybody Loves Raymond
- Sex And The City
- Will & Grace
EDIT: Whoops, forgot to click the multiple choice box. Okay then, which show among those 10 nominees is the best?

CSI and Curb Your Enthusiasm ^_^.
I love in Curb Your Enthusiasm where he always ends up getting into these ridiculously hectic situations by the end of it and he just pauses and sighs. It reminds me so much of the moments of stress in my life ^_^.

I hate them all like poison. None of them deserve a damn thing. The first 24 was good though.

I can tell YOU arn't biased. :p
24 and CSI. The others just don't deserve to be up there (although I havn't watched Sopranos or West wing, so can't say for those).

TheGreatBrain, I don't understand what you're saying. You say 24 doesn't deserve to be up there, but it's been proven that 24 is the greatest show ever created in the history of mankind. So... you can't be saying this last season was bad, because saying 24 had a bad season is just a logical oxymoron. Maybe you mean the Emmys aren't good enough for 24? That's the only thing that makes sense.
And WK, I'm not biased, I'm just right.
Also, does anyone know how Futurama can be nominated for anything when its last new episode was 2 years ago? It's a great show but it doesn't exactly meet the deadline.

I completely agree with that opinion. I think the main thing that turned me off were all the twists in the show. I mean, way, way way way too many twists happened which directly affected the plot - so much that a viewer couldn't really take the time or effort to follow it :P.

West Wing.
I didn't know that they still made episodes of Will & Grace, or even that people still watched it..

You just need to develop an unhealthy obsession with it. I caught every episode and found it easy enough to follow.
I do feel that S3 was the weakest season so far, although excellent of course. The season got a lot better when they moved Jack out of the Salazars and back into LA to chase down Stephen Saunders. The quaranteened hotel subplot and the death of Chappelle were what the made the season excellent.
I heard from a few critics that this last season of West Wing really sucked compared to the other seasons. Anyone out there who watches WW who can verify?
