Name Change Request Thread

I'm going to do a trial-run.. and open this process up a bit.

I'd like you (those of you interested in changing your names) to post in here.
However, I'm not satisfied with a simple "because i'm sick of this nick" answer.

If you truly want a new username, I want at least a short argument for why it's time for you to switch usernames, especially weighing in your contributions to or time spent with the site. I feel this will keep things a bit more fair, as I previously tended to just ignore the requests of newer members until they had proven themselves on the site more.. so now you have a public forum to express why perhaps even some of you newer members deserve or warrant a change.

Any posts in here not specifically requesting a change to their username or regarding one, will be removed.

Although I don't post often anymore, I still do lurk occasionally. As well, over the course of the last two years, "Geno" has slowly changed to "The Bug" as my nick. It may throw people off, but even so, the ones that know me will still have me friends'd, and all the newbies will get to know me by the new nick.

Therefore, if at all possible, I'd like "TheBug" or "The_Bug", preferably the former. Many thanks, mate :)

I feel that my current name is just not me, and it's unoriginal by far. After I figured out an original name, I have been putting that for every forum, every game, and Xbox Live gamertag.

I signed up a while ago, and since then i've changed my usernames and gamerprofiles to DeadeyeWolfe, or just Wolfe. If possible could my screen name be changed to DeadeyeWolfe or Wolfe so it matches all the other sites i go to? It's sure to make it easier for people to find me on all the sites i vists and online games i play (i'e' Halo, SC, gamespy etc.)

I have been with Warboards for quite some time. When I needed help mapping in StarCraft, I came here for help. I stayed to read and lurk on the forums, enjoying them, until recently, when I decided to start posting again. Although my post count is still below 500, I have been here at Warboards for quite some time, and feel that I have contributed enough to earn a change in my Name.

If the above is found valid by the Might Overlord of All Things Under the WarBanner(TM), AJ, then I would like to ask him to change my name to Hereclist.

Parfait.

Warboards has been the first few forums I've been on. It's the last forum I've been visiting from that era. Right now I'm on quite a few forums as Parfait. All the signatures I make with photoshop are all labelled Parfait so it'd be really weird if used it on this site.
