Problem with Battle.Net

Okay, so i just waited about 3 hours for the battle.net thingy to download. Then, when its done it all of a sudden shows this:

This patch upgrades Brood War from version 1.04 to version 1.15.2.
ERROR: unable to move file 'C:\Program Files\Starcraft\PTC5AA8.tmp'
to 'C:\Program Files\Starcraft\patch_rt.mpq'
Cannot create a file when that file already exists.
WARNING: couldn't open registry key for deletion
The system cannot find the file specified.
RESULT: Patch failed

Now i have to DL it AGIAN.
Help plz?:(

Reinstall StarCraft. Oh and make sure you have a legal copy ;)

sometimes, if you patch it with a billion patches at same time, it has bugged up for me. So I installed 1 patch from the middle and then the latest and it worked fine

Thanks guys i fixed it. There was a little file called patch in the SC folder, so i deleted it.
Now it works

Let it be known that deleting the patch_rt.mpq file to re-patch the game only works when the patch that you're about to install is a more recent version than the one that bugged up.
