I mean by the time your character is level 30 or so, you got a load of gold if your not a noob that keeps dying. I would put that gold to use.
Why do we continue venturing to the depths of hell, staining yourself in blood and gore, continue banishing the same prime evils that keep on finding ways back into the mortal realm by bashing their head with a hammer, and persist on getting slain by "Cows from Hell" in hopes of some more war experience.
Me, i'd rather sit in my castle, full of servants (Why would a level 30+ need a guard?), lots of beautiful maidens, and all of the luxuries of life than getting Baelrog intestines all over my new leather tunic and getting cursed by a ghostly wraith.
Of course, in diablo II, the best you can do is sit in town and not do anything. Or you could go out and vanquish the prime evils!
So if i lived in the diablo realm, hmmm... a new belt of the unforgiving moonlizard +254 with cold resist +2% or A HUGE CASTLE WITH ALL OF THE STUFF I LISTED ABOVE????
This is what i'd do:
ingame- kill mephisto, diablo, baal and all of their ugly grunts
if i actually lived "ingame"- sitting back in my pimpin castle (I know your scared to besiege my castle Baal cuz I killed you 61+ times in Hell mode)
