Hamachi makes potential lag considerably lower.

Yes, and b.net has all of the idiots who dupe items, spam, all of that last time i played.
I just find games on hamachi instead of b.net more enjoyable.
Since I finally grabbed my version of Diablo 2 I may drop in the next weekend just for s**t n' giggles of you handing me my ass in a platter. :P

Hey now, thats a big accusation there :P
When i play D2, its usually pve, i only pvp when im bored.
Battle.net doesn't lag for me either.
Some people get all the luck! :O
Been kinda busy preparing the work for the incoming week (reading some documents). Maybe in the next weekend I'll be more available to do it. :)

Dupers who do it on battle.net for money and do it seriously, they dupe and if caught you can get your whole acc banned.
I do it on lan with my friend and we used them once just to test it out.
I know it seems wrong and it prob. is but the reasons for cheating to both parties is different, one is for money and can get you banned, one is for fun where it can affect nobody else.
Lol stereotypical prob but oh well :d

If you dont do it on Ladder i dont care :), Just roll on Open Bnet everyone uses hacks etc.
Im afraid that not many people here play D2 :concern:
Well dear ladies and gent's... who am I kidding? There are only guys playing D2-LoD here. The issue is that I had to stay for the weekend in this 'armpit hole' because the constructor has requested working over Saturday and therefore we must accompany the works being made and am staying around here afterwards for the rest of the weekend. That and the 'awesomely ga(y)zing' slow internet connection that I currently have in here. :P
I knew a girl who played Diablo II and ended up insanely elite at the game.
I mean like, crazy good. Ended up PvPing -- somehow she always suckered me into giving her the 850k to repair her fury.
-Neo
That's silly... paying 850k gold, when you could use a single Ort rune...
pre-repair recipe i believe
It was a seraph rod (IIRC) Fury.
