If anyone can give me some tips on where to find good WAV file download sites pass it by here. I need a cool background sound for the SC map I'm making.

Newgrounds has free music downloads after arrangments with the music artists. Try there.

Step one: Download total recorder. (i use the free demo version)
Step two: Play a horror DVD you like in your PC. (just one example)
Step three: Record the sound bites/music you like from it.
(although if you use a free demo version you will probably be restricted to 30 seconds or so for per wav...)

Seriously, you can get some great stuff in your maps, but I suggest you record the wavs yourself. Keep in mind that your map will probably end up being HUGE though.

Or just google movies and sounds that you want to find. Search long enough and you'll find some stuff.

Haha, why aren't you just searcing for a .mp3 to .wav converter? You will have more luck finding the music/sf you want by searching for mp3's on the web.

I don't exactly know what it will be about but its gonna revolve around two characters. Jason O'Conner and Jessica Hertha (maybe a romance where Raynor and Kerrigen failed...) anyway it is before mengsk takes over. Its on a planet called Septimus VI and the Feds wanna take the planet. The local populace (Jason O'Conner and Jessica Hertha are a part of this) don't want them to. Jason gets drafted into the feds defence industry (after the planet goes boom) and jessica goes to the science facility, toi be tested on. No surprise that Jason is garrisoned there.

Please give me ideas how the map should look (i'm not asking u to make it just ideas for me).
