I'd love to, PC, but I only have AoE II and Rise of Nations/Thrones and Patriots. Too bad. I tried the demo for AoM, and it looks like a nice game, but the video is really bad on my end -- everything was all corrupted and fuzzy. :(
I'd do a quick game of SC though. :P

I don't have SC just yet....I'm gonna get it as soon as I get my next check :D
And for some reason I can't freak'n log in! I think someone may have stolen my validation key because it keeps talking about my validation key and how it's in use >.<

Are you sure you're typing it right? The really long CD-Keys can be a pain to accurately copy...
Assuming the game was brand new, it highly unlikely that the key is in use. If it is (and if it's new) contact the company, or maybe even the store it was bought from and complain.

Would it work without the key?
Cuz when I installed it [The day AFTER V-Day], it worked fine. [I have already beat the whole game too :P] But today, I made an account with AOE for the first time and it keeps giving me that stupid validation message....
I guess I'll have to call the company.

Yeah, a WareZ user has probably generated it and someone is on the inter-webs using it as we speak. Sorry to hear about the bad key -- they (Microsoft) actually make you pay for their security mistakes, I believe. Too bad.

Age of Mythology is the shit. I love that game. I would dominate you at it eight days a week, but it doesn't work on my comp anymore. IDK why, but SC and HoI2 are keeping me busy right now so I don't really care. I have played enough AoM in the past.

Hmm, I used to play AoM. I lost my copy though. A friend borrowed it and subsequently left it on the bus. -.-
Anyway, all I can remember is that the Nords were ridiculously imba. I was pretty young though, so maybe I just sucked.

Most games have the list key-codes stored inside their programing, so when you install it offline it has no way of checking weather the key is actually in use or not. But when you attempt to play online, that's usually were the game "phones home" so to speak, to check if the key is valid.
Hope you get somewhere with calling them...

I got AoM this last Christmas. Fun game, but my comp broke. Now I'm on a 10 year old laptop that can only run Starcraft. And its fan is broken too, so I don't paly that much for fear of overheating the motherboard.

Ah yes, good ole` AoM.
I remember back when I was obsessed with all of the "Age of ____" games. I was the first in my neighbourhood to get AoKings, AoExplorers, AoMythology and AoM:T. Been a while since I played AoM, I might still have the disc somewhere, but I strongly suggest that if you haven't gotten that Titan expansion you should, although it's fun to play on the orrigional, the Titan expansion has some fun additions.
Maybe if I'm bored sometime I'll reinstall it and play, only time will tell.
By the way, SC broke for me recently. It won't let me open the game, telling me to change my resolution. I did, and the error was still appearing. Strange.
