i'd like to recommand a friend of mine, he s doing commentaries at
www.youtube.com/deus073 go check him out, and share u r thoughts
he s really active, like 2-3 games each day, insane rate.

hahah. He might actually become famous because of the way he pronounces stuff and the fact that he jokes around.

But that makes him harder to understand in general. Also, he doesn't provide much information, more like, tells whats going on. Some people like this some dont, some dont care.

In general I'd say that this is advertising, but you are not advertising yourself, and some might actually be interested in a new commentator, so I'd let this one pass. meh

i must be subjective and brag about deus073's style of comm
not only that, but his upload speed is crazy

to be frank, almost every commentator I know is better than him. Mainly because I have trouble even understanding what he's talking about, he provides just about zero information, and when I'm concentrating what he's saying I already forget what he said since it wasnt very important.

He could be a very nice commentator, but in my opinion he still needs to polish his pronounciation and sc skills. I won't bash him any more, he can whatever he wants if he's enjoying it. I don't mind. He's far from best though.

Ok, this thread is starting to sound like a broken record. I'm sure he's a friend, or whatever, but you can't simply keep ass-patting him without giving any backup as to why he is so good or in what was he is different from others. Tasteless, for example, is stand-out in his humour and exuberance. If you were making a serious analysis of his skills, you'd asses deus's skills and perhaps even weaknesses.

If I see one more post such as 'these guys like deus. deus is awesome' then I'll simply lock the thread and give you an infraction. We're getting tired of it, and it's not going to impress anyone, more likely simply turn them off.

Right off the bat:

A commentator should not be talking much about his personal achievements -- You're in a community. Great.
The commentary is too quiet compared to the rest of the game at points, and most of it is way too slow to keep up with it.
More attention needs to be paid to strategies used by the players and he needs to oscillate between them a little bit faster.
He really should commentate actual replays, not just videos ripped from the TV or other sites.
Again, he shouldn't talk about his own strategies -- the replays should be all about the player's strategies.
Again, the commentary is way too slow to keep up with the game, with a lot of key points being missed.

Just my two cents -- I didn't watch too many, but that's what I could glean from those that I did see.
