Still, it's an interesting concept. I hope the Single-Player "scenarios" are cool. Games really need a random-map generator these days.

"Fall of 08" of course means Summer of 09. I'm looking forward to playing it whenever it comes out, but by the looks of it... that won't be anytime soon.

bleh, I've played Zombie Master and Zombie Panic Source mods for HL2, and this game looks like a knockoff of those free mods. This is basically a zombie mod we have to pay for... >.<

Not really. The first was a bunch of models and sound effects ported to Source with a little gameplay involved. The second is still in a beta stage, and is nothing like Left 4 Dead. Yes, they're both zombie games... but the differences in quality can't be measured under the title of "mod". Left 4 Dead is more of a full game than anything else. Much in the same way that Half Life was a stand alone game even though it used a modified version of the Quake engine.
