Unit Cooldown & Zerg Heal

I was wondering if anyone here knew the exact time it takes for a Zerg unit to heal one point on the fastest game time, I know this is roughly 3 seconds, but I'm making a mathematical equation and I need to be as precise as possible. If that cannot be told, I want to know exactly how long 1 cooldown point lasts in fastest game time.

My equation:

? = the time it takes for a zerg unit to heal 1 point.
