Okay, I want to start off by telling you something:
1) Please answer at all my questions, or don't at all
2) I appreciate very much your help ;)

Okay so, I would like to make a flash game or a flash animation... The program, or programs, would have to meet the following standards:
-Easy to use, or at least have a tutorial
-!!!! FREE !!!
-Easy to find, download and install

A. What program should I use?
B. Were to find and download it ?
C. Any tutorial you have for me? I don't want to make "capodoperas" from the first attempt...
D. How hard is it to use? How much time would it take to make an animation of few minutes, ar a small and noob-ish flash game ??

Flash media or formats are free to use, but cost money to make, in most or all instances. Modern copies of Flash Creation programs cost upwards of $300 USD. However, you can find cheap bundles of older versions pretty cheap. Check eBay. Past that, you're out of luck.

Flash is also very tough. I've got a pretty good knowledge of a lot of it, but I am pretty bad with most stuff. My brother, who's had Flash MX for more than a year and has logged a total of 9 months practice time, is still making basic Flash Games. He's stopped for a while, but he still avidly Photoshops.

In short, Flash is expensive and tough to use and produce. Good luck in your media creating endeavors.

YoYo Games (http://www.yoyogames.com/make), I've messed with
it for a couple weeks, it is really easy to use for n00b game-makers, comes with a tutorial, and if you really need help you can ask on their forums, i've done a small game with top-view (dif. colored dots = heads lol) and made the guy be able to shoot and add hp and it can really do a lot of fun stuff, the only real reason i stopped is because im not good with coding languages, but you dont have to use coding to make the game. anyways i could go on and on but just check the website :)

oh yeah the downside is it's not flash (but much easier to use :) )
