Basic ICECC

Okay ive gotten the hang of basic mods but now i would like to do icecc, i was wondering if anyone knows of a tutorial or could teach me a way of making a random attack or like a unit shoots but the attack is random (valkire) thanks ALOT.

there are plenty of tutorials in the net. warboards' tutorial quarter would give you much info already.
