Hey peeps, after playing my xbox 360 for a few months now; i notice how loud and hot it gets.

I recently discovered that the manufacturing date is the 21/11/06, so i gathered that i have one of the older wave Xbox's that will die sometime soon.

Now, im going to clean out all my old games etc, to get some trade in credit. Now here is the question do i go for the Xbox Elite bundle or the PS3. I do enjoy the Xbox but if PS3 is going to end on top this year id rather be in that wagon, im also going to purchase a Blu ray player sometime soon.

Is it worth getting a PS3, it will be fairly cheap after trading in Xbox pro bundle 3 games, like 5 GC games, 2 WII games lol (clean out). Or should i stick with the 360 and get teh elite.

Well, the PS3 is only better because they integrated the Blu-Ray player. In a sense I would perfer the PS3 over the 360, because of the whole HD thing. If you have the money, go for the PS3, but if you want to be a "standard" gamer, 360 Elite it is.
The only problem with starting fresh with a new system is getting some good games for it, or, if so, you can stick with the games already provided in the package.
