i believe thats coming with the next update to vbulletin
besides...i dont think its that important, ive seen forums that have them and it seems their just a breeding ground for spam

*Duh*. Because we already have an IRC Chat (http://www.warboards.org/chat/index.php) module. That's typically better than a shoutbox.
