update error

after a hour of updating it says "Error" then it says "Could not connect to server". I was pissed but I tried again, after about an hour of the updates, it said the same thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We just need a few more details on what you were trying to do to update the Hellgate: London that you have than that brief message along with the PC's spec's (which most likely didn't have nothing to do with that disconnect message in the first place) to help you out more properly.
So in the mid time I'm changing this into the Tech' Annex which is the better place in WB's where we try to solve technical issues such as this. ;)

Do we know what version the patch needed is? You could try downloading directly, rather then through the game.
