Disabled Reputations

I've been seeing a lot of guys around WB and even mods, having disabled reputations. How does one acquire that and why?

I believe they are afraid to have lower reps. They feel embarrasing.

Frankz', that is possible to achive by editing your options (http://www.warboards.org/profile.php?do=editoptions) inside the User CP. That is a personal preference and many of our members choose not to display it, including myself in the past (or upon occasion). :)
I suspect that some aren't that impressed by the karma system and therefore they're allowed to reflect their pick that way.
